We design tokenomics, write whitepapers, and run crypto projects end to end from planning through launch — starting with the hardest question first.
Why tokenomics matters more than the code
Writing a token contract is a job of days. Answering why anyone should hold this token is what determines whether the project survives.
A great many projects fail because the token has no rationale beyond an expectation that the price will rise. When attention moves on, nobody holds, the price falls and does not return. Sound design needs genuine demand that does not depend solely on price.
What the design covers
- Total supply — fixed or expandable, and if expandable, tied to what
- Allocation — proportions to team, investors, community, liquidity and reserve, each with a stated rationale
- Unlock schedule — who receives tokens when, since simultaneous large unlocks are behind many severe price collapses
- Token utility — what it pays for, what rights it grants, what role it plays in the system
- Supply mechanics — burns, locks, or revenue-funded buybacks
- Modelling — projections showing circulating supply and price pressure across scenarios
The numbers we show you before you decide
If you intend to distribute rewards or yield, we model exactly how many tokens per month that consumes, how long the allocated pool lasts, and what has to change to extend it. Seeing real figures before you announce is far better than revising after the community has already read them.
A whitepaper that does its job
The whitepaper is what prospective investors use to assess a project, and many exchanges ask for it before considering a listing. A good one explains, to someone outside the team, what problem the project solves and how it intends to succeed.
- The problem, and why it requires a blockchain
- System overview and how it works
- Tokenomics detail and unlock schedule
- A roadmap that is actually achievable
- Team and track record
- Risks and limitations — the section professional investors read first
We deliver both a document and a web version you can edit later, because plans change and a document you cannot revise becomes a liability.
Investor dashboard
We build investor dashboards that pull live on-chain data: current circulating supply, holder count, tokens still locked, the next unlock date, and progress against the roadmap. Publishing this consistently builds more credibility than occasional announcements.
End-to-end project development
If you want the whole project handled, we work continuously from token structure and documentation through contracts, website, security review, the first sale round, exchange listing and price tracker submissions — with a single point of contact throughout.
How we work
- Requirements and feasibilityWhat the project needs, who the users are, and what role the token genuinely plays.
- Tokenomics designSupply, allocation, unlock schedule and the mechanisms that create demand.
- ModellingProjections across scenarios to test whether the structure survives.
- Whitepaper and documentsThe full document plus a presentation summary.
- Joint reviewRevision against team and advisor feedback before the published version.
- Handoff to buildA clear specification the development team can implement directly.
Frequently asked questions
Tokenomics before or after the code?
Always before. The token structure dictates what functions the contract needs. Building first and revising the structure later usually means rewriting the contract entirely, since deployed contracts cannot be changed.
How much should the team allocate to itself?
There is no fixed figure, but a high proportion without a long lock reads as risk to investors. More important than the number is the unlock schedule, which demonstrates the team has tied its interests to the long term.
How long should a whitepaper be?
Long enough to explain, without padding to look substantial. Good ones tend to run twenty to thirty pages, and the sections actually read most are tokenomics and the roadmap.
Will you help us find investors?
No. We are a development and technical advisory team, not a fundraising intermediary. What we do is prepare the project and documentation to a presentable standard; finding investors should go through properly regulated channels.
Can you review an existing whitepaper?
Yes. We review and revise existing documents, focusing on whether the stated token structure is internally consistent, whether the published figures are achievable, and where a professional investor will raise questions.
