DEX versus CEX
A decentralised exchange runs on smart contracts with no intermediary. Anyone can create a trading pair without permission — PancakeSwap on BNB Chain, Uniswap on Ethereum. You can start immediately, but you must supply the liquidity yourself.
A centralised exchange is operated by a company such as Bitkub or Binance. You apply, they review, and there is usually a listing fee. In return you reach a large audience who are not comfortable with self-custody, and the listing itself signals credibility.
The normal sequence is DEX first, so the token has a price and a trading history, then build holders and volume until you meet centralised exchange criteria.
Getting initial liquidity right
Creating a DEX pair means depositing your token alongside another asset — BNB or USDT typically. The ratio you deposit sets the opening price. Deposit 1,000,000 tokens against 10,000 USDT and the price opens at 0.01 USDT.
Depth matters as much as price. A pool that is too shallow means a modest trade moves the price by tens of percent, which deters serious participants immediately. We calculate an appropriate size from your available capital and target price.
Liquidity locking — the first thing investors check
Whoever supplies liquidity can withdraw it at any time. If the project owner pulls it all, the price collapses to nothing and holders cannot sell. Locking means depositing that claim into a contract that will not release it until a set date. Experienced investors check this before anything else, and unlocked projects are usually skipped outright. We handle the lock and publish a verification link anyone can check.
What we handle
- Creating the DEX pair and sizing liquidity against your target price
- Locking liquidity and publishing a public verification link
- Preparing centralised exchange applications — project details, team, tokenomics, audit report
- Submissions to CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko
- Registering token logo and details on block explorers so it displays correctly
- Advice on sequencing and on each exchange criteria
How we work
- Readiness checkIs the contract verified, is there an audit, is the project documentation complete enough to submit?
- Price and liquidity planningCalculate the deposit ratio to hit your intended opening price and market depth.
- Create the DEX pairEstablish the pool and open trading.
- Lock and announceLock for the agreed term and publish the verification link to your community.
- Price tracker submissionsSubmit to CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko so the price appears where people look for it.
- CEX applicationsAssemble documentation and manage follow-up with target exchanges.
Frequently asked questions
How much capital is needed to create a pair?
There is no technical minimum, but in practice thin liquidity produces price swings severe enough that nobody wants to trade. The right figure depends on your target price and expected volume — we calculate it against your budget.
What does a CEX listing cost?
It varies enormously by exchange, from the low six figures in baht to well beyond. Some weigh holder count and volume more heavily than fees. We assess which exchanges your project realistically qualifies for.
Is CoinMarketCap hard to get on?
There are minimum thresholds for trading volume, holder count and documentation completeness, and normally a period of real trading first. We prepare and submit the application and handle follow-up requests.
How many exchanges should we list on?
Not many at first. Liquidity splits across venues, leaving each one shallow with divergent prices and a poor trading experience. Concentrate on one or two until they are deep enough, then expand.
Can you guarantee a listing?
No. The decision belongs to each exchange. What we take responsibility for is presenting the project in the best possible shape against their published criteria — and telling you honestly when you do not yet meet them.
